Third Party Services
We use trusted third-party services to operate Finaease (for example, Stripe for payment processing). We do not sell your personal information in the conventional sense of selling customer lists to data brokers.
3. Sharing Your Information
We only share your information under the following circumstances:
3.1 Service Providers
We use trusted third-party tools to operate Finaease, such as:
- Stripe for payment processing
- Hosting providers (secure cloud storage)
- Email delivery platforms
- Google (for example, Google Analytics and/or Google Ads tags) for website measurement, performance insights, and—where enabled—advertising and remarketing
These providers only receive the minimum necessary data to perform their services. Their use of cookies or similar technologies may be subject to their own policies.
3.2 Family Access Feature
If you invite family members to your account:
- They will have full access to all of your financial data inside Finaease

- By inviting users, you acknowledge and accept this level of data sharing.
3.3 Legal Compliance
We may disclose information if required to:
- Comply with laws or legal requests
- Protect rights, security, or integrity of the Service
- Prevent fraud or malicious activity
We do not sell your personal information to third-party marketers or data brokers. Where we use advertising or analytics partners (such as Google), those partners may process limited technical or device identifiers in accordance with their terms and your cookie choices. You can learn more in Google’s documentation (for example, how Google uses information from sites that use its services) and use industry opt-out tools where available.
Data Protection
We use multiple layers of modern security practices to help protect your data.
4. Data Security
We use multiple layers of modern security practices, including:
- Encrypted communications (HTTPS/TLS)
- Encrypted databases
- Hashed passwords (never stored directly)
- Secure hosting infrastructure
- Limited employee access to user data
While we strive to protect your data, no online service can guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
5.1 Active Accounts
Your data is retained as long as your Finaease account is active.
5.2 Inactive Accounts
If your account remains unused for 6 consecutive months, it may be:
- Marked as inactive
- Permanently deleted from our database
Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.
5.3 User-Initiated Deletion
You may request deletion of your account by contacting: support@finaease.com
When processed, all associated data is permanently removed unless retention is required by law.
6. Plans & Billing Information
After you verify your email, you may choose a Free account or a Premium subscription. Premium includes a 7-day free trial: Stripe validates your card with a $0 authorization at checkout, access begins immediately, and your first plan charge is after the trial. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. The Free plan does not require a payment method and may display third-party advertisements while you are signed in.
If you add a payment method, Stripe may perform a $0.00 authorization to validate the payment method. We do not store your card details—Stripe handles payment data securely.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay (via Google Pay on supported devices), where available.
If you have an active subscription, billing renews monthly or annually according to your plan. Payment can be updated at any time via the Billing section.
7. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Finaease uses cookies and similar technologies to:
- Keep you logged in and maintain session security
- Improve site functionality
- Measure traffic and product usage (for example, through Google Analytics)
- Where you consent, support advertising measurement and related features (for example, through Google Ads tags and Consent Mode settings)
Non-essential analytics and advertising tags are withheld until you make a choice via our cookie banner where required. Retention of data collected by third-party tools is governed by each provider’s policies and our configuration choices.
You may disable or clear cookies through your browser, but this may affect your ability to use the Service.
8. Email Communications
We may contact you for:
- Service interruptions
- Billing issues
- Account verification
- Security alerts
- Important changes to the platform or policies
Users may opt out of promotional or marketing emails if they are introduced in the future. You cannot opt out of critical service emails, as they are required for account operation.
